Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 326(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 326(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote no. **The presence of Representative Kott and Sanders was noted. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 326(FIN)?"
